We are just about 2 months away from the new attraction, “Race Through New York Starring Jimmy Fallon” opens at Universal Studios Florida! Taking the place of the Twister attraction, Jimmy Fallon’s new “ride” will have a much different feel than the previous tenant. Fallon explained it as something like sitting in front of a huge IMAX screen and we will smell pizza. The new attraction officially opens April 6 2017 when Fallon does his show from Orlando.
To help hype the attraction, the gift shop at the exit, the “Tonight Shop” is now open. Lots of Fallon specific and Tonight Show branded merchandise. You can also find a couple things that are only branded for NBC.
There are larger than life photos around the store of Fallon’s iconic characters and also members of The Roots. We heard there will be a Hashtag the Panda meet and greet, but we’re not sure when he will be in the park.
