Several months ago, plans leaked (because theme park social media searches these things out) that all of the welcome signs around the Universal Orlando Resort would be changed out. The new ones would feature several different characters from multiple IP (intellectual property) from around the parks. The signs started popping up and at first, a couple of them were seen displaying a cosmic type video loop. Last week, one sign had its brightness turned all the way up and was displaying the brand new character filled loop! I went out to see it at first day in the daytime and then went back at night.
